Healing Relationships
I heard someone mention that time doesn’t really heal things in relationships. That goes against what we typically hear with “time heals all.”
The person mentioned that time is like a band-aid. True healing only comes when you’re willing to have those tough conversations. A good ol’ Ask Max segment incoming 😁
I totally agree with that. Time can help take the edge off, but real healing in relationships comes when you’re willing to be open and have those tough conversations.
It’s easy to let things slide for the time being and hope they’ll get better on their own. But if you don’t address the root issues, you’re just covering it up. It’s like patching up the same hole on your roof over and over. But every time there’s a storm, it opens up again. When it’s easier for everyone in the long run but costly in the moment to just get a new roof.
It takes real work, honesty, and sometimes uncomfortable talks to get to a place of understanding and growth. Sometimes this means dropping your own ego and trying to understand the other person.
This is where true healing happens.
The truth hurts sometimes, but it needs to be expressed.
Can We Live Until We’re 150?
A longevity expert said on Twitter that if you’re under the age of 45, plan to live past 150.
Is that even possible? My crazy ass tends to think so 🤣
It seems these days people start shutting down towards their 70s and 80s. But technology is rapidly progressing and there’s a formula. I can see daily NAD+ usage, stem cell treatments, proper exercise, supplementation, specific diet, sleep, cold plunges, etc.
I understand that some of these resources are out of people’s budgets. But with more advancement, costs tend to lower. Like the first computer was a piece of junk and expensive as hell and now you can get cheap computers that are 100X more powerful.
I can even see a time when we have sleep chambers and can hibernate 😴
We probably have some models we obtained from alien spacecraft somewhere, stored deep in an underground lab 😉
Would you actually want to live until 150 though? I would.
If I made it to 150, I would be so leveled up I’d be a supreme being. I’d probably be able to read minds and help people heal ailments 😂
When it’s time to go, I’d end it all by fading into the sky like Master Oogway.

NEXT NEXT NEXT
A lot of fighters dream about getting into the UFC. That’s all they work towards on the come-up.
But when they finally get to the big show, some say they should’ve set bigger goals.
For me, my goal was to make fighting my life. Let my talents take me all over the Earth and beat the competitors the world has to offer.
The UFC is the pinnacle of MMA. But getting here is the easy part. It’s much harder to adapt, win, and stay here.
Imagine a guy or girl whose sole goal was to be in the UFC. Then they lose a couple and get CUT. It happens all the time.
I can imagine your existence could/would be crushed. But hey, I’d much rather have that experience than the too common WHAT IF convo on your deathbed.
You can always make more goals and you must. NEXT NEXT NEXT.
You should always have some sort of target. Set a new one for yourself today and write it down with today’s date.
SPEAKING OF DATES – I just signed a major fight vs. Michael Chiesa at UFC 310 on December 7th in Las Vegas at T-Mobile Arena!!
Mark your calendars for the final PPV of the year! So blessed to be in this sport.
