To believe or not believe?
How do I verify the credibility of news these days? Honestly… I don’t fully trust any one source. Every outlet has some kind of angle— some kind of spin. The left tries to tie emotion into everything getting feelings attached to every event and outcome that we have no control over. The right is more by the book and conservative but like to leave out important key points on certain issues…
What I do is cross-check. I’ll look at the same story from a few different sources and pay attention to what details stay consistent. I also try to find raw footage, direct quotes, or firsthand clips when I can. Talk to people on the front lines…
But at the end of the day, I trust my gut. If something feels off or overly pushed, I take a step back. I typically do the opposite of what they suggest. Always leading the lambs to slaughter.
In a world where everyone’s shouting their version of the truth, sometimes the real skill is learning to listen for what’s not being said.
Boundaries….
Sometimes the hardest people to set boundaries with are the ones you have to keep in your life 🥲
Whether it’s for your kid, your job, or your past—you don’t always get to walk away completely.
But here’s what I’ve learned: Just because someone needs to contact you… It doesn’t mean they get too. Don’t let anyone ever control your energy.
I’ve had to create space. Limit access. You wanna be rude. Bye Felicia ✌🏾
I got nothing for that. Entertaining nada. Talk to yourself… Keep the focus on what matters—and not get pulled into old patterns.
I show up for my son. I handle what needs to be handled. But I don’t entertain chaos whatsoever. Some people are just plain disrupters. Always rude, “poor me” mentality, the world owes them, severely unaccountable… I know this type of person too well.
Protecting your peace isn’t selfish—it’s survival. It may feel like it but just cuz someone calls, you don’t have to answer. You’re not required. You’re in charge of your own energy. Take ownership and act like it. Thank me later.
Elon Cancelled?
So what’s with all the Elon hate lately? And what’s up with these rallies against him and Tesla?
It’s layered.
On one side, you’ve got people fed up with how much power he has—tech, government, media, satellites, cars, AI… the dude’s got his hands in everything. That freaks some people out.
Then you’ve got the political side—his connection to Trump, his role in government, and how he moves online. Some folks think he’s dangerous. Others think he’s a genius being targeted for speaking out.
Now we’re seeing full-on rallies. Sledgehammers smashing Teslas in the street. Art installations. Protests. People saying he represents wealth inequality, corporate greed, and control.
Me? I think when you reach that level of power, you’re gonna get hate. But also… when that many people are fired up, it’s worth paying attention to.
What do you think—is Elon the villain, the scapegoat, or just playing the game better than everyone else?
